📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed structural drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
• Review and edit drawings to correct errors and improve clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings are up-to-date and properly documented.
• Participate in design reviews and construction meetings to provide input and ensure project goals are met.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in drafting and design.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting or a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations relevant to Indonesia.
