📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of food quality and service,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Conduct regular staff training and development to improve skills and knowledge,Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement,Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry,Proven track record of success in sales and team management,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
