PT Inti Logistik is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our warehouse operations and grow within the company. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about logistics and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high levels of performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy of records.,Assist in the implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
