📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and records,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations,Support the Fleet Coordinator in achieving operational targets and KPIs,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff,Assist in the implementation of cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
