Depot Indra Coffee is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is an immediate position, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our coffee business. We are seeking someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to build strong relationships with customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales network in the Madiun area.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities through direct customer interaction.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.,Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the coffee business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or coffee industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of the coffee industry and market trends is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
