Duta Tono Laundry is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Sunter. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 8.000.000 to Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs and assistants.,Ensure proper inventory management and cost control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local food culture and preferences.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
