📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to improve workplace satisfaction.,Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in managing HR functions.
