Place Cloud Unggul is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Banquet Staff to join our team in Singkawang. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work arrangements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet menus and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth execution of banquet events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities for events.,Promote the banquet services to potential clients and guests.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
