📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and Tetum.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
