📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all banquet events and customer feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet service standards and procedures.,Promote and sell banquet services to potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet services, preferably in a high-volume setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to event management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.
