📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food availability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dining experiences for clients.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control and reduce expenses.,Lead and participate in culinary events and promotions to enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
