📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles,Inspect vehicles to identify and diagnose mechanical issues,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections,Coordinate with mechanics and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies,Train and mentor junior mechanics,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles,Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniques,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and company policies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
