DRIFT Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed and implemented.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in managing a team of 5-10 employees.
