📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and develop a team of store managers, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in training and development programs for store managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
