📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, helping them understand their medications and treatment plans.
• Manage prescription orders, including refills and new prescriptions, using our EHR and prescription management systems.
• Monitor and manage inventory of medications, ensuring stock levels are adequate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and best practices to provide the highest standard of care.
• Assist in clinic operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Active license to practice as a Pharmacist in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with EHR and prescription management systems, such as Medan, SiMed, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
