As a Mandarin-speaking professional, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies to expand our mining sector operations. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that our operations align with the highest standards of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to expand our mining sector operations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local and international clients, government agencies, and community groups.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mining sector.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that our operations align with the highest standards of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to promote our mining operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Mining Business Development team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the mining sector.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the mining sector in Indonesia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
