📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
