Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide room service and concierge services,Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms,Assist with guest requests and special arrangements,Ensure the availability and operation of in-room amenities,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Professional appearance and demeanor
