Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing and mentoring team members,Ensuring the department meets its targets and objectives,Reporting to senior management on department performance,Handling departmental budget and financial planning,Fostering a positive and productive work environment,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
