📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
