📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and expansion.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure.
