📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement incentive and compensation programs to motivate and reward sales teams.,Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with sales managers to ensure compensation plans are fair and effective.,Monitor and adjust incentive programs based on market conditions and company performance.,Provide training and support to sales teams on incentive and compensation programs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to compensation.,Develop and maintain documentation for incentive and compensation programs.,Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales commission or incentive management.,Strong understanding of sales compensation principles and best practices.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful incentive programs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales performance tracking software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
