Siantar Top is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Section Head HSE to lead our strategic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) transformation in our manufacturing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management and a proven track record of successfully implementing HSE transformation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE transformation programs.,Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.,Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools.
