In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of the roles within the organization.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the available positions.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to narrow down the candidate pool and identify the top performers.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for the roles they are trying to fill.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Providing regular updates and reports on the recruitment process to the hiring managers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
