📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions that arise with the machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the machinery and equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all machinery and equipment are in top condition.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment are calibrated and maintained according to industry standards.
• Participate in regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve the maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining machinery and equipment in a production environment.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
