📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
• Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance facility performance and efficiency.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software such as FM:pro or ServiceMax.
• Certification in health and safety management is a plus.
