📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist customers in our Jakarta Raya store
- Demonstrate and showcase our latest smartphones, tablets, and accessories
- Provide expert advice on tech products to help customers make informed decisions
- Handle sales transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and manage inventory of tech products
- Assist with store promotions and events
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the latest smartphones, tablets, and tech accessories
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with basic POS systems is a plus
