📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure high standards of service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and waiters to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet customer expectations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of basic inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
