Daily, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from conducting risk assessments and developing compliance policies to implementing IT governance frameworks and monitoring regulatory changes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our IT systems.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that our operations remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT systems meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that our operations are in line with industry best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our IT governance, risk management, and compliance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Certifications in ISO 27001, COBIT, or NIST are a plus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
