📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including treasury management, risk management, and financial strategy.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in treasury and risk management.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry best practices.
